About ISAT

The International Symposium on Advanced Technology (ISAT) is an annual joint symposium hosted in rotation by four partner institutions:

• Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan)

• Danang University of Science and Technology – The University of Danang (Vietnam)

• University of the Philippines (Philippines)

• Kogakuin University of Technology and Engineering (Japan)

ISAT provides a collaborative platform for students, researchers, and faculty members in the fields of science and engineering. ISAT-24 invites participants from member universities to share innovations and exchange ideas in a global academic setting.

• Undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and researchers affiliated with ISAT partner universities

Presentation Formats

• Keynote Presentations (English)

• Oral Presentations (English)

• Poster Presentations (English)

All presentations and abstracts must be in English. No interpretation service will be provided.

Submission Process

Step 1: Pre-entry

• Deadline: September 12, 2025

• Register via the ISAT-24 website

Step 2: Abstract Submission

• Deadline: September 21, 2025

• Submit both MS Word and PDF files

• Length: 1–2 pages (up to 6 pages max)

• Template available from July 15, 2025 on the ISAT-24 website

Note: No registration fee is required for participants from ISAT member universities.

Review & Awards

All submissions will be reviewed by the ISAT Program Committee for clarity and academic value.
Outstanding student presentations will be selected for Student Awards.

Publication

All accepted abstracts will be published online with an ISSN.
