Presentation Formats

• Keynote Presentation (invited)

• Oral Presentation (in English)

• Poster Presentation (in English)

All presentations and abstracts must be prepared and delivered in English. Interpretation will not be provided.

Eligibility

• Undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, and researchers affiliated with ISAT partner universities
  Joint research with non-member institutions is welcome if at least one co-author is from a member university

How to Submit

STEP 1: Pre-entry Registration

• Deadline: September 12, 2025

• Complete the online form available on the ISAT-24 website

STEP 2: Abstract Submission

• Deadline: September 21, 2025

• Submit your abstract in both MS Word and PDF formats via the online submission portal

• Length: 1–2 pages (up to 6 pages maximum if needed)

• Template: Available from July 15, 2025 on the ISAT-24 website

• Indicate your presentation type: Oral or Poster

Note: Abstracts will be reviewed by the ISAT Program Committee. Accepted abstracts will be published online with an ISSN.

Student Awards

Outstanding student presentations will be selected for Best Presentation Awards, based on academic quality, clarity, and originality.
