ISAT-24 Registration

Who Can Register
Registration is open to students, researchers, and faculty members affiliated with the following ISAT partner universities:

Kogakuin University of Technology and Engineering (Japan)

Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan)

Danang University of Science and Technology – The University of Danang (Vietnam)
-
University of the Philippines / University of the Philippines Los Baños (Philippines)
Collaborative research with external institutions is welcome, provided that at least one presenter is affiliated with a member university.
Registration Process
Step 1: Pre-entry for presentation
All participants must complete the Pre-entry Registration Form before submitting an abstract.

Step 2: Abstract Submission (for presenters only)
Participants presenting at ISAT-24 must submit their abstracts after completing pre-entry.

Deadline: September 21, 2025

Upload both MS Word and PDF versions of the abstract

Use the designated template available from July 15, 2025

Abstract length: 1–2 pages (up to 6 pages if necessary)
Step 3: Final Registration
All participants (presenters and attendees) must confirm final participation.

Confirmation link will be sent after abstract acceptance or pre-entry
Student Awards
Presenting students are eligible for Best Presentation Awards, selected based on clarity, originality, and academic contribution.
Languages

All abstracts and presentations must be in English
